Refund & Cancellation Policy

All paid plans are membership service fees that grant access to member benefits — a digital community profile card, member directory access, premium badges, priority event access and the corresponding honour tier. Payments support the independent operations of NaamVanniyar.com only and do not create membership, recognition, authority, or affiliation with any political party or any existing organisation known as “Vanniyar Sangam”.

All amounts are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Basic and Patron memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly through our secure payment gateway. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your member dashboard under "Manage Subscription", or by emailing [email protected].

When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle and is not renewed thereafter. You will not be charged again once cancellation is confirmed.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, because member benefits (including the digital profile card and directory access) are made available immediately.

We will, however, issue a full refund in the following cases: (a) a duplicate or accidental double payment; (b) a technical error where you were charged but membership benefits were not activated; or (c) an unauthorised transaction reported to us promptly.

Email [email protected] with your registered name, Membership ID, the payment date and the payment/order reference number. Eligible refund requests should be raised within 7 days of the payment.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our payment gateway within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
