By using this website, you understand that NaamVanniyar.com is an independent community welfare and educational platform. The website does not represent Dr. S. Ramadoss, Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss, PMK / Pattali Makkal Katchi, any political party, any political leader, or any existing organisation known as “Vanniyar Sangam”.

Platform accounts, digital profile cards, supporter contributions, profile verification, or other website features are for this website only and do not create official membership, authority, recognition, or affiliation with any external organisation.

Membership is open to individuals who support the objectives of Naam Vanniyar. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

Membership IDs are issued at our discretion and remain the property of Naam Vanniyar. Misuse of a membership ID or card may result in suspension.

We offer Free membership and optional paid memberships from ₹300 to ₹20,000 per month — you choose your plan and the corresponding honour tier and benefits. Paid memberships are membership service fees (not donations) and grant access to member benefits such as the digital ID card, directory access, premium badges and priority event access. They are billed monthly through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. Existing lifetime members retain their standing permanently.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your member dashboard; your membership then remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, except for duplicate payments, charges where benefits were not activated, or unauthorised transactions.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, not to misrepresent your identity, and not to use your membership to harass, defraud or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships that violate these terms.

Your digital profile card is issued only for identification within this platform and for user convenience. It is not a government ID, not a caste/community certificate, not a political party ID, and not an official organisation membership card. The QR verification page confirms only that a community profile exists on this platform.

Services are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naam Vanniyar shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
